Corbières Château Grand Moulin

Much appreciated this Corbières Boutenac 2005 (70% Syrah, 30% Carignan), of a beautiful garnet-red, remarkable color, an extremely well matured vintage, with the undergrowth notes, spices and of bilberry, a wine with powerful but very delicate tannins, very full. The Vieilles Vignes 2004, matured out of barrels (50% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 20% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre), of garnet-red dress, with these spice and macerated fruit notes, of very good mouth, is fleshy and fleshy, with very well-balanced tannins.
