Château GRAND-MOULIN (CORBIÈRES) Much appreciated this Corbières Boutenac 2005 (70% Syrah, 30% Carignan), of a beautiful garnet-red, remarkable color, an extremely well matured vintage, with the undergrowth notes, spices and of bilberry, a wine with powerful but very delicate tannins, very full. The Vieilles Vignes 2004, matured out of barrels (50% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 20% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre), of garnet-red dress, with these spice and macerated fruit notes, of very good mouth, is fleshy and fleshy, with very well-balanced tannins.

Domaine de LONGUEROCHE (CORBIÈRES) 11200 Saint-André-de-Roquelongue Vineyard of 14 ha on ground argilo-limestone and ferruginous sandstone. Domaine MARTINOLLE GASPARETS (CORBIÈRES) 11200 Lézignan-Corbières At the top. Winegrowing of 30 ha. Château MINGRAUT (CORBIÈRES) 11700 Fontcouverte Sure value. Beautiful Corbières red 2005, matured well 13 month out of barrels of oak, of garnet-red robe, with the complex nose where the spices and the blackberry prevail, dense. The vintage Passionnément 2005, a solid wine and typified well, of nice intense robe, is powerful in mouth, with firm and quite well-balanced tannins, the notes of ripe red fruits characteristic, with nuances of peony. Viognier a 2006 fleshy wine with a good point of acidity which perfect its balance, with the aromas of pear and white flowers, all in persistence, ideal on scallops.

Château d’ANGLÈS (COTEAUX-DU-LANGUEDOC) Vineyard of 35 ha vines, adherent Terra Vitis. You will like like us this Coteaux-du-Languedoc red Terroir de La Clape 2004, a wine with matter and tannins, with the red fruit aromas and undergrowth, with this spice point and this at the same time rich and supple structure, of excellent guard. Domaine de FAMILONGUE (COTEAUX-DU-LANGUEDOC) A winegrowing of 28 ha including 12 of olive-trees. One matures carefully there this remarkable Coteaux-du-Languedoc L’ Âme de Familongue 2005, of beautiful structure, combining smoothness and concentration, with these nuances of quite persistent currant and liquorice, of complex and intense mouth, a wine which deserves a little patience. The Coteaux-du-Languedoc Mas de Vignal 2005 red combines smoothness and structure, full stops some, rich color as in aromas, traditional, spiced and robust. Domaine de BARROUBIO (MINERVOIS) 34360 Saint-Jean-de-Minervois A place always very enviable in the Classification for this winegrowing which extends on 52 ha including 17 planted out of Muscat of Saint-Jean-of-Minervois and 9 in Minervois. One thus gives pleasure with this beautiful red Minervois cuvée Jean Miquel Vieilles Vignes 2004 (80% Carignan and 20% Grenache, extremely well matured 12 months out of barrels of 4 wines), a coloured wine, of mouth powerful and dense, with the nuances of raspberry, humus and of liquorice, a vivid structure, fleshy, of a complex final. Excellent Minervois Marie-Therese, of a beautiful structure, a wine with matter and tannins, with the red aromas of fruits and undergrowth, good evolution. Rosy Minervois is scented and charmer, perfect on a quiche, for example. Attractive Muscat Saint-Jean-with-Minervois cuvée Nicolas 2005 (Muscat à petits grains), a wine suave with a good point of acidity which perfect its balance, subtle with these notes of fresh small fruits, lily and lime, all in smoothness and aromas, really charmer.

Mas de DAUMAS-GASSAC (VINS DE PAYS) 34150 Aniane At the top, naturally. Splendid Vin de Pays rouge 2006, of color intense, elegant, a beautiful concentrated wine, with the powerful nose, all in aromatic nuances where liquorice and the spices prevail, of rich mouth, great guard like the very great 2005, of slow evolution. The 2004 are very traditional, elegant, of beautiful color, rich and fruity, velvety, with the nose prevailed by spices and the red small fruits with core, mouthfull, a wine of great evolution also. The 2003, with the nuances of spices, black fruits, wood and vanilla, of complex and intense mouth, with rich and silky tannins at the same time, are a concentrated great wine which deserves patience, even if it can be appreciated on the fruit of its youth.
