Mâcon Château de la Bruyère

Château de la BRUYÈRE

Incontestably at the top of their appellation with this Mâcon-Igé Vieilles Vignes red 2005, maturing in oak barrel, with the nose very characteristic of ripe blackcurrant, a wine which associates roundness and structure, with tasty tannins, of a beautiful complexity in mouth where the blackcurrant, the cherry and the undergrowth are harmonized. The 2004 are mouthfull, combining structure and roundness, rich color as in aromas, a wine of excellent evolution as attests some this Mâcon-Igé red 2003, which obtained and deserved a gold medal in Burgondia 2005, fleshy and dense, with melted tannins, the nose dominated by the cooked red small fruits (morello cherry, prune), of beautiful vivid dress, a wine with a very harmonious structure. Mâcon Igé white Vieilles Vignes 2005, pure Chardonnay, which associates richness aromatic and persistence in mouth, full, with connotations of hawthorn and apple, is a wine very charmer, who also profits from a remarkable quality-price ratio. Burgundy white 2005, maturing in oak barrel, is floral and of good mouth, with nuances of chèvrefeuille. Taste also their Burgundy rosy, regularly succeeded.
