Superb Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Les Cazetiers 2005, extremely well matured, a bulky and persistent wine in mouth, of intense color, very scented (morello cherry, blackberry), finely spiced, very robust, of full and rich mouth, with the complex nuances of fruits of wood macerated, beautiful evolution. The 2004 are fleshy, with tannins present, rich person and intense stops some, marked by its soil, with the undergrowth and cherry perfume. Tasty Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru La Combe aux Moines 2005, of brilliant dress, with the notes of raspberry and cherry, quite well-balanced, combining structure and velvety stops some, full and fleshy, of guard, of course. The 2003 are of powerful mouth, with the macerated cherry nose, a wine spiced in mouth, with these slightly réglissées morello cherry notes, which combine richness and distinction, of a beautiful final. Very beautiful quality-price-typicité ratio.
