The grounds are composed of gravel-sand old alluvia on limestones and lake clays of Berry. Quincy 2006 is very successful, with the nose flowered, suave and powerful, of a very beautiful aromatic persistence in mouth, with nuances of peach and lime, very quite well-balanced in finale, tasty like this 2005, full and having a nice bouquet. Quincy Tradition obtained a medal of Bronze to Agricultural General Competition in Paris in 2007.
