![]() SCHAEFFER-WOERLY A vineyard of 7 ha (the average age of the vines is 30 years) planted on granitic grounds, where one endeavors to practice a healthy culture (Tyflo association). Its Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein Clos du Bernstein 2004, intense with the nose as in mouth, has a clean typicity due to this very exceptional soil, a wine rich, harmonious, with the dry fruit notes (almond), full, with this full and distinguished mouth. Excellent Riesling Vieilles Vignes 2006, gold medal with Mâcon, of intense dress, with the subtle floral notes, of full mouth, powerful and robust, of a long final. Beautiful Riesling cuvée de l’ Ours 2005, medal of Bronze to the competition of the Vignerons Indépendants, the nose dominated by the ripe fruits (pear) and the dry small fruits, slightly with the honey taste, all in smoothness aromatic, of mouth slightly who feels lemon, full with elegance. Pinot black 2005, matured out of barrels, medal of Bronze to the same competition, is coloured and scented, a wine with the notes of blackberry and violet.
