At the top of first great wines classified with its red Minervois cuvée Jean Miquel old vines 2004 (80% Carignan and 20% Grenache, matured 12 months out of barrels of 4 wines), a coloured wine, of mouth powerful and dense, with the nuances of raspberry, humus and of liquorice, a steady structure, fleshy, of a complex final. Minervois rosé all into fruity, associating nervousness and suppleness, is finely spiced, perfect on the pots of the area. Excellent Muscat Saint-Jean-with-Minervois cuvée Nicolas 2006 (Muscat with small grains), with prevailing of fruits fresh with a point of lily, very aromatic, of mouth suave, light and round at the same time, generous and charmer, like this Côtes de Thongue Cuvée Font del muscles 2007.
